I have a lot of professional experience working with children and creating educational content for them. I work as a volunteer workshop leader at Mighty Writers, a nonprofit creative writing organization. There, I design and teach free weekly workshops for groups of children. I've also worked as a camp counselor, a freelance children's writer, a tutor, and a teaching assistant.
In my teaching, I always work to create an encouraging space for children to express themselves and feel safe doing so. I love to design activities that inspire children to create and explore their developing imaginations and identities.
