Utilizing a passion for nature and teaching, it has been my great honor to secure prestigious positions within the educational community. Now, with a background in engineering and a licensed PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, I am uniquely qualified to be able to utilize field and home-based resources to write about and to teach a broad range of science subjects that prepare students with practical skills useful in science careers. This special combination of technical-oriented experience coupled with an enthusiasm for instruction allows me to do what I love the most—write about and teach science with passion!
