This is a fun review tic-tac-toe game where students can throw a koosh ball (my favorite way) or click on a tic-tac-toe board to reveal integers and real number problems for the students to solve. They answer the question and drag their x or o to

This is a word document that is especially good for 1 to 1 schools where every student uses a computer. It is a note taking template that uses a modified Cornell Note style. Students just need to click in the proper area to start taking notes.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching middle school for the past 8 years. Before I became a teacher, I served 5 years in the Army as an avionics technician, then worked for 7 years at Motorola as an Equipment Maintenance Technician fixing machines that make semiconductors. I now teach 7th and 8th grade mathematics and sponsor an after school S.T.E.M. Club.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love the teaching mathematics using an inquiry based style. I have found that students truly learn when they can connect their own ideas of what they know about mathematics to new concepts and ideas.
