TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 13 years teaching experience, 10 of those years with AP biology. I have taught all levels of biology as well as AP Environmental science. The majority of my resources will be targeted for AP Biology.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching methods have evolved over the years as I collect student feedback. I have developed my own way of teaching that does not include notes, and instead I build in think-pair-share questions throughout my ppt to have my students stop, discuss, and process the information. I then call random students to share their answers and after a few students have shared and the class has reached a concensus, they summarize the answer (This is what the boxes are for in my power points).
