My teaching style focuses on giving students the ability to use knowledge to analyze problems, visualize problems, decide on a strategy to use, and solve problems inside and outside the classroom.

My wife Linda and I have 7 children, 14 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. I enjoy traveling, hiking, participating in solving real world problems, being creative in architectural and furniture design, remodeling, and building furniture.
