TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I spent the first couple years of my career teaching students with disabilities and then transitioned to a general education teacher for the past 5 years. I have taught 6th-8th grade from the resource level (students with disabilities) all the way to our double accelerated AIG students.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a very structured teacher when it comes to notes, assignments, and expectations. I encourage classroom discussions while teaching and enjoy joking around with the students. Even though I am very structured my classroom is a relaxed environment where students have the opportunity to express questions and ideas.
