TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 9 years, all blessed in middle school math. When I first started teaching I took almost every training I could get my hands on. I've attended the Ron Clark Academy, CAMT in Texas, Whole Brain Teaching in LA, Capturing Kids Hearts, Teen Leadership, and many many more! Thanks for visiting my store!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My true passion is making students enjoy math. I like to think of myself as the Math Cheerleader because I like to cheer my students on through problem solving and watch them grow. I believe that no child should cry over math or be to the point of tears over any kind of math problem. My lessons make learning fun and exciting. I don't know if there is a specific word that would label my style but we do a lot of activities, hands on, stations, partner-work, whole brain, and out of your seat work.
