TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a private tutor with over 10 years of experience. Most of my students are middle schoolers and I usually tutor math! I've learned that I have to keep it interesting and relevant to their lives. My products are those things as well. I have a website www.mathformiddles.com that is all about getting parents homework help with their child struggling with math. You’ll find various services here from online tutoring to on-demand math videos that are different on purpose. These math videos are short and broken down into small topics. I talk slowly and use precise language to help students grasp concepts they may not be understanding when they are in your classroom.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to have lessons that get kids up and moving! Doing things with our hands is what's best.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I completed my Bachelors in Education with a minor in Early Childhood. I would have never believed that 11 years later, I would find myself loving middle school kids.
