I taught Secondary Math, including Algebra I/II, Trig, Geometry, Middle School Math, and High School Graduation exam prep, for eight years until my family and I were called to Guatemala as missionaries. I now homeschool my first and second grader and pre-schooler, and I have for three years.
I love to teach! Math is definitely my favorite subject to teach. My simple style of teaching reflects my belief that anybody can learn math and how to apply it to everyday life. To me, Math is fun, so I try to prove that it is fun to my students. I feel like many teachers over complicate Math. Simple and straight-forward is definitely my strategy.
