TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently a middle school math teacher at a private school: we have 3 streams for each grade, and I have taught all levels. Our Alg 8H class covers incredible depth in algebra, and parts of Alg 2. I also have four years experience teaching Mandarin as a second language. This is my 15th year teaching.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My style is encouraging, but firm. Everyone can succeed with high expectations. Our class is only 45 minutes, so we learn together, teacher-led, guided practice, very conversational, followed by independent practice.
