TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught mathematics in Elementary for five years, and later produced curriculum for my local district and then for the region of Central Texas. I currently work as a Math Specialist in the Houston Area.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe Mathematics should be about inquiry in which the teacher is only the facilitator in the classroom. I like to teach one 30-45 minute lesson a week and devote the rest of the week to mini lessons and purposeful math stations.
