TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Eight years of teaching English, while hoping to begin my own Japanese class next year. I have taught every HS grade of English, as well as Speech, Creative Writing, and AP.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am very laid back, but I do not "grade" papers. If students do not turn in work, they get a zero. If they constantly continue to make grammatical mistakes, I call them out in front of their classmates. Other than that, I believe that education can and should be a fun and worthwhile experience.
