TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have had the pleasure of teaching elementary resource and high school special education. I am currently in my 6th year of teaching middle school math and I'm LOVING it.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I truly believe that every student is capable of learning, if given the right tools to do so. I love incorporating engaging materials that make students excited about learning.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

2014 Excellence in Action award for my local school district

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from The University of Tennessee (Go Vols!). Years later, I found my calling and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Memphis.

Outside of teaching, I am a wife and busy mom of 3 children who are my world.
