TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my 6th year teaching Social Studies in Southeast Texas. I have taught World Geography, US History, AP Human Geography, Government and Economics.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I find my best lessons are student-centered and require them to think critically. I believe students are most successful when they are responsible for their learning. I often use primary sources and hands-on materials to guide students in their understanding of social studies.
