TEACHING EXPERIENCE

With a License in Clinical Social Work, specializing in Mental Health, I have provided mental health treatment in a variety of settings, including psychiatric inpatient hospitals, residential treatment programs, and outpatient therapy clinics to children, teens, and adults addressing depression, social anxiety, grief and loss, and interpersonal relationships. Mental Fills has been created and inspired from a combination of my professional experiences in Social Work, dating back to 1997, and my life lessons as a mother to a child with special needs. Mental Fills has been filled with effective therapy and counseling tools to be used with individuals and groups in both a school based or therapeutic setting.
