Speech-Language Pathologist in the Louisiana Public Schools for over 23 years treating students aged 3 to 15. Experience includes treating students with hearing loss, apraxia, autism, and all varieties of articulation, language, voice and fluency disorders, implementing AAC and other technology as well as supervising our district's SLPs and Teachers of the Deaf.
I believe speech/language therapy should be both effective and fun. When kids get excited about therapy they are motivated to please and do their best! Then we see results!

I graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in 1994 (now called University of Louisiana-Monroe) with a B.A. in Communication Disorders. In 1995, I graduated from LSU with a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
I was born and raised in the heart of cajun country but now live in Prairieville, LA with my two boys, my high school sweetheart husband, Lola (my lovable Lhasa Apso), Juniper & Scout (the rescue cats). When I'm not doing speech therapy, I love to travel, blog, read, crochet and craft! OH, and like all SLPs, I love to TALK!
