TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've taught junior high science for over 15 years. My original degree was in kinesiology and I have a Master's degree in classroom technology integration.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is a combination of "sage on the stage" and hands-on learning through laboratory investigation. In addition, I have created many Interactive Notebook assignments to meet the needs of the Common Core and NGSS standards. I incorporate technology into my lessons when appropriate and feasible.
