TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently in my seventh year of teaching. My first two years, I taught in a self-contained classroom for grades 5-8 of students with autism. My next two years were spent as an EL resource teacher. Last year I moved back into my own classroom again. I currently teacher grades 1-3 special needs students primarily with autism.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Above all else, I stay flexible! My students do well with more 1:1 or 2:1 instruction, so we do a lot of center based learning within the classroom.
