TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching in a private Special Education school for 8 years. Our students are moderate to severely disabled. In 2016 I began working in a public school setting teaching a self contained middle school classroom with students diagnosed as ED or BD. What a great age and kiddos!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to create hands on opportunities for my students. Lecturing does not work in my classroom (does it work in any Special Ed. classroom ?!?) so we are busy using our Smartboard, the Ipads, and desk top activities. I create worksheets on multiple levels, my own board games and matching games.
