TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught 7th and 8th Grade Language Arts and remedial reading in a high ELL urban population for five years. I also taught Advanced Placement Literature, 12th Grade English, 11th Grade American Literature for two years at a Catholic school. I am currently a reading specialist in an urban area.

I am organized and detail oriented. My classrooms were also student centered and relied heavily on discussion and cooperative learning.
