TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hi there! I have been teaching seventh grade math in Western Massachusetts for seven years now.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am always eager to find ways to bring creativity to application into our classroom. I firmly believe that our students need to be actively involved in their education, so I use cooperative learning as much as possible and ask my students for feedback to improve for the next time. As a result, I am here share with you assignments my students have enjoyed, and am always looking to hear ways to improve to alternative ideas to add a twist.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Springfield College:
B.S. Mathematics w/ Concentration in Secondary Education

My coworker and I try to incorporate interdisciplinary assignments into our classes as much as possible. Integrating aspects of geography into math and vise versa is easier than you'd think! Check some of them out at our joint store: Middle School Mashup
