Midnight Music

Hello! I’m Katie Wardrobe. I’m a qualified teacher, but have decided to dedicate my time to teaching teachers! My full-time “gig” is running my own training/coaching business called Midnight Music which offers online courses, lesson plans, tutorials and workshops. I’m passionate about helping music teachers integrate technology into their classrooms in creative and meaningful ways.

My approach is all about hand-on learning in a “no-question-is-too-silly” environment. I like to break things down into a clear step--by-step process and love working with all levels of tech experience - from technophobes to tech ninjas.

I received my Bachelor of Music (Education) Honours from the University of Melbourne, Australia. I’ve have the Kodaly Certificate in Music Education Level 1 and the Orff Schulwerk Certificate of Accreditation Level 1.

I'm a mother of two teenage boys and a Golden Retriever named Ella, a long-distance runner who loves trail runs and marathons, a singer/pianist/ukulele player and the host of the Music Tech Teacher podcast.
