TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for the last 9 years. Have taught mostly global history and geography. I have also taught Economics, Government, US history, Debates, AIS and Constitutional Law. I also have developed and written the curriculum for a Marketing course, Accounting course, and History of Sports elective.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I develop all of my lessons with activities that are student centered. I make sure to differentiate the delivery of all my information (videos, powerpoint, graphic organizers, games) as well as all activities.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Last regents for global history and geography, I had 99% passing rate and 89% mastery rate

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Graduated top 10% high school class. Academic scholarship to St. Joseph's college in NY. Masters degree from Dowling college in NY. I have 75+ credits above my masters. Deans list all throughout college, masters 3.8 GPA.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Played minor league baseball. Coach Varsity baseball where I have had undefeated seasons, sent many kids off to colleges with scholarships, coach of the year, sportsmanship awards.
