ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Milford Nature Center is located below the dam at Milford Reservoir in Geary County, Kansas. Featured at the nature center are examples of live animals of Kansas, including birds of prey, bobcats, prairie dogs and a Black-footed ferret. Many reptiles and amphibians are on display inside the building. Seasonally, there is a butterfly house with native species of butterflies and inspiration for creating a pollinator friendly yard. The site also includes a nature trail, playground, and serves as the visitor center for the Milford Fish Hatchery.

Teachers Pay Teachers is an online marketplace where teachers buy and sell original educational materials.
