We are kids yoga and mindfulness teachers. We each have many years in the classroom experience - Lani with first grade and pre-k and Jen taught english in Japan. Currently Lani goes into prek-6th grade classes to teach yoga & mindfulness. Both do kids yoga trainings all over the world.

Lani has a Masters in Early Childhood Education and Jen has a Bachelors of Science.
Mindful Yoga Breaks™ was created with the intention of inspiring teachers to use “mindful breaks” during their school day as a way to calm, focus & allow students to self-regulate. Lani Rosen-Gallagher (M.Ed., RYT 200, RCYT) of Full of Joy Yoga & Jennifer Byer (RYT 200, RCYT) of YoPlay Yoga for Kids® are passionate about improving the lives of children through yoga and mindfulness. They have combined their efforts, passion & their life work, to collaborate & bring this new mindful yoga program to schools, teachers, parents & students world-wide.
