I began my teaching career in 2009, and I currently teach an Intermediate Intense Resource Room for students with Multiple Disabilities. I work with students who have a wide variety of skills and abilities, across multiple grade levels. In my classroom, we cover a large range of content in language arts, math, science, social studies, social skills, body awareness, and sensory motor. I love creating visually supported resources that are fun and engaging for my students!
I love teaching fun, engaging lessons that get my students excited about learning. I enjoy using a multi-sensory approach so I can reach all my students learning abilities. Creating differentiated lessons is a key component in my classroom!
Google Certified Level 1 Educator
I attended Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master's in Special Education.
I live in Beavercreek, Ohio with my husband and 3 children. My daughter is 9, and my boys are 7 and 5 years old. I love yoga, CrossFit, coffee, and chocolate! I also love baking, reading, being outdoors, and playing games with my kids. Life right now is crazy, busy, and bundles of fun! I really enjoy creating new resources for my classroom and also my own kiddos at home. Everything I create is kid-tested and approved! I hope you can find some of my resources useful and enjoy using them as much as I do!
