TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Currently, I am a special educator at a private school. Before this job, I taught high school English and film study. I am constantly adapting curriculum and existing handouts to best meet the needs of my students. I have used design software since high school, and believe that I have a keen eye for creating pleasant-looking material.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Because I am lucky to have a small class, I rely on relationships with my students, and individualized lesson plans, to manage my classroom. Students are expected to meet goals, but we do move at each student's own pace. This program is very different from my experiences in the public school system, but has given me an opportunity to explore multiple levels of education within one classroom.
