TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I spent one year in Teach For America before leaving to pursue an opportunity with a local charter school. This is my fifth year teaching in Charlotte, N.C. I have taught every grade, 9-12, but I am currently teaching 12th grade British literature.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a dramatic, vocal teacher who enjoys instructing through examples and hands-on activities and exploring new as well as familiar texts through analysis and performance whenever possible.
