TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching middle and high school literature classes and language electives for four years. Since it's a private school, I teach it all: short stories, novels, persuasion, non-fiction, and plays for all grades from 7-12. I also teach electives for college writing, creative writing, film studies, and speech. During the summers, I teach various middle school classes as well.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Learning is supposed to be fun and interactive! I use a lot of active learning and Project-Based Learning because I believe students connect more to content and can build their critical thinking skills.
