TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have worked with students from preschool to college levels in the areas of performing arts and academics. I specialize in teaching and tutoring students from middle school to college levels in basic math through calculus II, English, and study skills/test preparation.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a professional educator with extensive experience and an eclectic background. I interact with each student on an individual basis in the way that is best suited to his/ her age, level, and learning style. I strive to use all learning modalities for each student, while reinforcing/refining each student's strengths and encouraging growth by working on both strengths and challenges. I use common core and state standards to assess each student at his/her level, and to track progress over time.
