I use this song by Jarabe de Palo to help my students see/hear noun-adjective agreement in Spanish; it also has many definite articles along with it. Fairly easy to follow, and the lyrics aren't sung that fast.

I use this song by Bacilos during lessons on stem-changing verbs. It only has 4 verbs in the entire song that satisfy this category, but they're repeated many times. Also a very catchy tune, my eighth grade boys were dancing to it.
