I have worked in an urban district for 4 years and have experience with all levels of learners. I also have 1 year of observation time and 1 year of teaching experience at the high school level. I love to think of new and creative ways of delivering review or explaining challenging concepts so that my students do not get bored. I think differentiation is a complex idea to learn but can be much simpler to implement than people really think! I hope my products help you do that!!
