I am currently teacher at Sweden's highest achieving school board, working as the only textiles teacher and year 4 English & homeroom teacher. Most of my experience comes from roles in Outdoor or Experiential Education in Canada, but I have also taught in Canada: French Immersion Grade 11/12 Open Level Core French Homeroom in 6-8 Year 9 Learning Strategies and Remedial English Grade 10-12 University level English Waldorf Education
I use English Language Arts and textiles as mediums to teach life skills, open conversations, fill hearts, and create drive. I constantly am aiming to have enough structure and a safe classroom culture so as to allow for as much chaos as my students can create.

After completing a concurrent Education degree in Canada, specializing in Outdoor and Experiential Education with French and English teachables, I moved to Sweden to teach at the highest achieving and top ranked school system in the country.
