I am a fifth year secondary school teacher in Queensland, Australia. I work with students who require additional learning support which has given me experience with creating differentiated resources. As well as working in learning support, I teach English and History - years 7 to 12.
I believe that every student learns differently so curriculum needs to be differentiated for student success. I have found that the simple act of differentiating resources gives each student a greater chance to succeed at their own level.

I studied a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Journalism, English Literature and History. I then completed a Graduate Diploma of Teaching. I am currently studying a Master of Education - TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
I've lived in Queensland, Australia my whole life. I love teaching and am passionate about working with students needing support.
