TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching Core French in Ontario for 4 years, with coverage subjects like gr 6 science, gr 2 health, gr 2 drama/dance... This coming year (2019-2020) will be my first year teaching grade math.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is rather informal. I often allow - even encourage - the lesson to get sidetracked if it means that authentic learning is happening...especially when the students are showing genuine interest in learning something about the French language and/or culture.

I went to Carleton University; majored in Religion, minored in American Sign Language and also in French. I then went to Brock University's teacher's college.
