ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Jeremy Flagg graduated from Salem State University with a degree in Art with a concentration in graphic design and received his Masters of Fine Art in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art & Design. He started teaching secondary education in 2006 and expanded to include adult education in 2009 and college in 2015. Jeremy has instructed classes in art history, animation, graphic design, publication, marketing, engineering, photography and creative writing. He has taught both traditional models, hybrid physical/online classes as well as virtual classrooms. He focuses on teaching by example, bringing his professional experience as an artist into the classroom to engage and connect students to the world beyond academia.

Jeremy is also a best selling author of science fiction, where he puts into practice his creative skills in writing, marketing and design. Currently he has contributed to more than fifteen published works in science fiction, horror, and non-fiction.


Weston Kincade graduated from Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in English in 2002 and a master’s in Education in 2005 with an emphasis on Instructional Technology. Since then he has taught every challenge level of English Language Arts to grades 7-12 and Computer Science to PK-8. In 2009 he was nominated for teacher of the year, and in 2011 his ninth grade students took second and third place in the “Big Read” Poetry Contest. He has also doubled as the Education Technology Coordinator, instructing teachers on how best to utilize technology in their classrooms.

Weston also writes best selling fantasy, mystery, and horror stories. He is a member of the Horror Writers Association (HWA) and has written more than fifteen published works for fiction and academic publishers, five of which have become best sellers. His current series include the A Life of Death trilogy and the Priors. In addition, Weston spent five years running a boutique editing agency for U.S. government departments, award-winning authors, and publishers.
