TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Michelle has worked in community and hospital (inpatient, outpatient and in child and youth mental health) settings. In over twenty years of work Michelle has worked with young offenders, in day cares supporting families and staff in the daycare with behavioural and developmental difficulties , and taught educational workshops in various topics (parenting, self-care, difficult behaviour, big emotions etc.) to parents, teens, professionals and students. She has presented at conferences, special events and as a guest speaker at local schools and colleges.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in collaboration and giving children a voice. If you want to know what is behind the behaviour we as the adults have to dig a bit deeper. With the right tools anything is possible.
