I have been working in a childcare/teaching environment for the over ten years. I've learned so much about how children learn and grow. I've observed that situation is different and every child is different as well.
I believe that learning is personal, it's different for everyone. I believe that learning should be an enjoyable, hands-on, real world experience. I believe that children and adults need to have a connection to be able to really learn the materials that are going to be important for the rest of their lives.

I have a Bachelor of General Studies degree with focus areas in elementary and early childhood education. Included in the degree are semester long junior level practicum experiences for each focus area.
I have been married for five years now and we have a beautiful, eager to learn three year old. We started preschool at home this year, and are really enjoying it so far.
