I have over 30 years experience teaching health and fitness, and for the past ten years I have focused on growing self-esteem and improve learning through yoga, mindfulness and meditation. As a trained artist and author, I have written and illustrated several books to support children’s development. My book 'Yoga for Little Bears' has had positive reviews by teachers and parents and is based on how yoga can develop character, and self-esteem.
I believe it’s important to help children connect, develop, and release stress to reach their full potential. All children are different and learn in different ways. By supporting the whole brain, and the child’s uniqueness; learning and behavior are improved.

I am passionate about movement, the arts, and developing the whole brain. This includes the creative brain and the personality. Although my focus is on children, it’s really about the whole person of all ages learning to connect with their inner child and authentic self. It’s never too early or too late to develop yourself and reach your highest potential.
