This management plan connects directly with the points system for Class Dojo. I use this plan with my 7th graders and it works like a charm! It rewards the students who behaved and holds the students who did not accountable for their actions.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a young teacher at a project based learning school. Every year, my inner city school chooses a theme to base our community projects and lessons around. The majority of my work posted here is either project or textual evidence based. I have experience in both tough curriculum and management situations.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love projects and project based learning. I love for my students to research their own findings in both literature, history, and the world today. I hold many discussions in my class and make sure that my students work hard. Every lesson I have the students create or evaluate something!
