TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Over the years, my passion for continual growth has inspired me to share my love for learning. More often than not, my students are jaded and typically detest the mundane work which usually accompanies the language arts classroom. To overcome this challenge, I strive to create lessons which excite students and inspire them to read more readily, write more eloquently and continually grow as learners.

MY TEACHING STYLE

As an educator, I firmly believe in the self-fulfilling prophecy. Students who believe they can achieve usually prove themselves right. Therefore, I strive to instill a belief of success in all my students while setting high standards for each individual student. To do so, my lessons are rigorous and encourage students to think deeper while also connecting to real-life scenarios.
