I have spent 14 years teaching in the classroom, and 3 years as an administrator in an elementary school.
"Work smarter, not harder" is a philosophy I have tried to apply to my career. Being efficient and organized, along with strong lesson plans, helps me to be a successful teacher. I love integrating subjects through various projects and activities. I also enjoy open-ended assignments because they allow for student autonomy and creativity.
