Participated in the Emmy winning "Teacher Town Hall" on PBS in Wixom, MI on November 19, 2011. I was co-awarded the Toyota Tapestry Grant in 2001 in partnership with the Detroit Zoo for a project that aligned with the needs of the “Amphibiville” exhibit.
