TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have worked as a Social Studies teacher for four years. This includes experience at both the High School and Junior High level teaching US History, Government, Economics, and Personal Finance.

MY TEACHING STYLE

In the classroom I strive to reach all learners with multiple intelligences, I provide varied forms of instruction to both engage students, and enable them to use critical thinking skills. I am able to regularly incorporate technology into the classroom to engage students and develop their 21st century skills. My classroom also has a variety of formative and summative assessments in order to gauge student learning.
