TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I started my career as an ESL teacher in Mexico, I became a high school math teacher while I still live there. When I moved to the US I taught 4 years middle school in Arizona and Texas, but the last three years I've taught High school Algebra I.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to provide my students with a variety of opportunities of response while in class. I believe that true engagement involves student constant interaction with the teacher. Lately the use of Technology has allow me to engage and constantly asses students in class.

I had the privilege of being invited to present STEMsational and the "The Academy for Teacher Excellence" at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) session on technology implementation in the classroom.
