TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught various grade level and subjects throughout the years. I stated my teaching career by co-teaching in a 4K classroom. From there I moved to on and taught 3 year old preschool, Kindergarten and was a reading specialist. I have also taught English to Spanish speaking adults through an adult education program. I have taught in numerous states throughout the US and discovered many unique qualities of different schools and approaches to learning.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I consider my teaching style to be hands on and exploration. Through various activities, children work independently or in small groups to discover the world around them. I believe that the best learning does not come from a textbook, but rather the world we live in!
