This is my seventh year teaching at the elementary school level. My first five years were spent in second grade, and the past two in third grade. Third grade was departmentalized this year, so I concentrate on math and science instruction each day with two blocks of students.
My hope is that my students will become life-long learners! I love guiding them as they learn and become independent. Every child can be successful; it is my job to figure out how to make them successful! I hope my classroom is a place they will always remember with a smile:)
I earned my Bachelors of Science from Georgia Southern University and my Masters of Art and Teaching from LaGrange College.
I am married to a wonderful Christian man, Chris, who has an AMAZING blog - www.ChristianFaithAtWork.com We have three beautiful teenagers. Our twin daughters are seniors in High School and our son is in college!
