My teaching experience really began many years ago on a work experience day. It was from then I knew I was supposed to be a teacher. I graduated July 2015 and following my internship I took on the same Year 6 class for the second semester while my mentor teacher took leave. I then moved to Year 2's in 2016 and jumped up to the 6's again 2017 which I will be continuing next year well. I teach in Perth, Western Australia.
Student-centred, inquiry and making all experiences as authentic as possible.

Bachelor of Education (Primary) specialising in Special Needs - University of Notre Dame, Fremantle, Western Australia.
In 2014, I volunteered in Masebe, Africa. Building classrooms and researching the environment to protect and preserve the animals habitat. I feel this part of my life has allowed me to offer students another perspective about their lives and learning. It has really encouraged me to promote gratefulness and understand diversity even more. I would be back in Africa in a heartbeat, the most heart warming children you ever could meet.
