TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I teach 7th grade ELA in a rural county in Tennessee, and I absolutely LOVE what I do! I also act as a Literacy Leader for my district, and I one day hope to transition into the role of an instructional coach or curriculum coordinator!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach gifted students, so I like to focus on choice and differentiated instruction to keep things interesting! I also love to use stations/centers to break up the monotony of teacher-centered instruction. Technology is a personal interest of mine, so I like to work that in wherever I can!
