TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 12 years! I have fun making new and creative activities and assignments. In addition to teaching all of the required history classes in my department, I have team-taught freshman English in an un-leveled, double size, two period, humanities class. Combining history and English through theme (not time period/country) has been a challenge and an honor!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Student centered and student led.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from both Assumption and Fitchburg.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have an undergraduate degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. I majored in History, minored in Political Science, and concentrated in Secondary Education. I have a masters degree in History from Fitchburg State University in MA.
